Ooh la la!
Kevin & Courtney are getting married next month! Woohoooo. So in honor of the upcoming nuptials, we threw a lingerie shower for the bride-to-be. She is officially stocked with outfits (or lack thereof) that will wow the groom-to-be. You know, outfits that she'll clean the house in every day, or cook a 3 course dinner in each evening... or so he wishes ;)
A night filled with girls, drinks, food, and laughs - what's not to enjoy?
I'm loving these moments of pure bliss and happiness. It seems each week, there is a new announcement of an engagement, a marriage, new home ownership, or baby news - and those announcements just burst with excitement. Somebody recently told us, "Once you turn 25, it's just going to keep on comin'!" And it is so true.
Between now and these next couple years, there will be people we (and themselves) least expect making one of these life-changing announcements, and I know I will be shockingly excited for them. And on the contrary, there will be people making announcements that we are eagerly waiting to hear the news from because we know it's coming. No matter the case, with each of these announcements, I know I will feel giddy inside because you just can't help feeling pure happiness for those in unforgettable moments of bliss.
Our friends...they seem to be droppin' like flies - in a wonderful way! We've got the Hageman wedding next month, and the Bacon wedding in April. Bring 'em on, baby! Courtney's got 28 days til she's a married woman -- so she's enjoying these last couple weeks as a single lady!
When the show is all over for her, it'll really be just the beginning.
